We carry torsion and extension springs sized for the standard 16x7 and 9x7 single-layer steel doors common to homes built around 1964, along with galvanized cable, nylon and steel rollers, and track hardware for the bracket spacing used on that era of construction. Most spring, cable, and roller jobs get done in one visit from that stock.
What we don't carry on the truck is a replacement panel matched to an obsolete color or profile from a 1960s builder-grade door - those sometimes take an order, and we'll tell you that up front rather than promise a same-visit fix we can't deliver.
We travel to Elizabethton from our Johnson City shop, about 8 miles out, the same stretch we run for Gray, Jonesborough, and the other towns on this side of the service area.
