You can look. You can't safely force. If a panel is visibly off its roller, don't run the opener again hoping it'll seat itself - that's how a bracket tears loose or a cable snaps. Pull the release cord, leave the door where it sits, and call.
What's safe to check yourself: look at the track brackets where they meet the framing and see if any screws have backed out or the wood around them looks split. Look at the bottom corners of the door for a roller sitting outside the rail instead of inside it. Neither of those needs a tool in your hand to spot.
What's not safe to touch: anything near the torsion spring over the header, and anything involving the cables or drums at the top corners. Those are under load even when the door looks still, and on a door this size that load doesn't forgive a mistake. If you're not sure which problem you're looking at, a photo and a call tells us more than a guess, and saves a wasted trip either way.
